Bristol Equities has had some vacancies posted for the San De Roda Apartments for a while now. Built in 1925, this 12-plex is tucked away on a quiet street even though it's so near that confusing 20th/Burnside/Sandy intersection. Their website says that the architecture is inspired by the Portuguese, and I have no choice but to believe them. $680 for the studio and $810 for the one-bedroom seems high to me, but I've never been inside this place so perhaps it's worth it. 503-236-2136
