It was sad to see this place go condo last year. I think that perhaps part of the reason rents have gone up so much in the last 2 years is because of condo conversions like this one. It makes sense: Less apartments = higher demand = higher rents. I'm sure there are a lot of factors, but this has to be one of them. Can't believe someone bought that tiny studio for $99,000!
