Belmont Court (1410 SE Belmont) was built in 1927 and the apartments have lots of vintage charm. On-site management, on-site laundry, bike room, storage, and vending. Also off-street scooter parking. We're on the #15 bus line, and we're 2 blocks away from the #70 bus line and 6 blocks away from the #14 bus line. Within walking distance to shops, bars, parks, groceries.
$600/mo on a month-to-month lease includes water, sewer, garbage, and hot water.
You pay electric, which runs about $20-$40 per month. We're also in the free wi-fi network, but I don't know anyone that can get a connection.
