2728 SE Main

For $965 per month, I would expect horizontality, if that's a word. Still there's a lot to love about this listing. The vacation photos on the fridge should give you a clue.

Brittany Forest

I have good news, and I have bad news.
The good news is that Brittany Forest is the best looking building in the 39th and Powell area.
The bad news is that they want $100 more than anyone else in the neighborhood.
The other bad news is that "Original Taco House" is neither Original, Taco, or House.

Lanning Court

Capitol Property Management has an ad for Lanning Court again. Kinda weird how things have changed since June of 2007. Back then, you could get a one-bedroom for $595, but now that's the price for a studio. Still a nice place, in my opinion.

Win Stuff.

Okay, here's the email I got from my boss today:
Happy Monday!!
It seems like traffic has really slowed down so how about this idea to try and get a few more people through the door??? Let’s offer a free gift for touring the property…how about something in your Craigslist ad like:
“Have A Latte On Us” and get some $5.00 gift cards from Starbucks
“We’ll Treat You Like A King!” and get $5.00 gift cards to Burger King…hey, I just thought of this, that’s pretty good!!
And now the challenge…email me your ideas, and judges in the corporate office will select the winner. You won’t want to miss out on the grand prize for the best idea!! I’m sure that you can all come up with at least one really great idea. Please have these to my by Wednesday, 11/19 at noon. I can’t wait to see what you come up with!!
Have a great week!

If you win this prize for me, we can split it. Best thing I can come up with so far is too close to that OB tampon commercial from the 90s to be appropriate. Really wish I had a link for that.

Creston Villa #41

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Why won't anyone rent this apartment from me? Two months ago I could have had half a dozen people lining up to pay $825 for it. Is it just the slow season, or is the apartment market finally catching up to the housing market? Here's a video. Maybe that will help.

Four words you never want to hear:

"Updated in the sixties." With the exception of the included picture, the apartment looks pretty nice. It's basically 30th and Belmont, which means you'll be having lots of breakfasts at the Cricket Cafe. And that means that sooner or later you'll realize why a certain menu item is called "Belmont Browns." The building itself doesn't look too bad either.
And $650 isn't really out of the question for a studio these days. Looks like they have new windows so even though the baseboard heaters look like they were also "updated in the sixties" perhaps your electric bill won't be too bad. I guess that if it were me, I'd check to see if your electric bill is tied into hot water. Turns out that water heaters are the most sucky appliance ever when it comes to studio apartments.
It's managed by Wampler Enterprises, which is a fun thing to say. Wampler. Wampler? I hardly know her!

More like the heart of awesome

And only $775. I can't tell which building this is based on the pic. I think it's the one over Local 35 because of that direct-to-outdoor entry. Pretty sweet spot wherever it is.

More Zomerzet!

Please someone rent this apartment. They've been working on it for four years and I'm starting to feel bad for them. Not sure what's going on with their selection of kitchen flooring in the picture there but I'm sure their hearts are in the right place. Honestly, it's a much better deal than this.
Seriously though, I'm color blind and all but that kitchen floor looks like my aunt Peggy's house in Gresham. I think that's even the same faucet.

Zomerzet?

In the autumn of 2000, just months after I started this job, I was up in apartment 205 of the Warnell Apartments cleaning up after a tenant that had just moved out. It was about 10pm, but I was sober and poor so I needed the $55 to pay for ramen and bus tickets. I was scraping candle wax off the hardwood floors when I heard a weird thumping sound out the window. The picture you see to the left is what is now the Zomerzet. Back in the autumn of 2000 it was a home for underage girls that had been shunned by their families. And on this particular night the thumping I heard was caused by a topless sixteen-year-old girl attempting to escape from the second story window with a series of tied-together sheets. And she was having a lot of trouble escaping. Also I have no idea why she was topless. If it were me, I would have at least put a bra on, but then again I'm not a troubled sixteen-year-old girl so what do I know? She got about three feet down when the knot on her sheets gave way and she tumbled into the arbor vitae below. Unphased, she limped off into the crisp cloudless and evening. Two days later I saw the same girl WITH a top (and a cast on her right leg) edging the lawn on the eastern edge of the property. I'll never know if landscaping is an appropriate punishment for topless jailbreaking, but I will always remember that night as the first and last time I saw underage boobs on the lam. Unless you count that one time in college.
Call the Zomerzet (seriously? that's what you're calling it?) at 503.238.8551. But tell them to fix the dryrot in their gutters first. It's annoying the crap out of me.

Cedarhurst Village Apartments

First off, let me just say that anyone that shells out $120 on one of those "Now Renting" banners from WelcomeHomeAmerica dot com or whatever is just silly. Do people actually pay any attention to those things? To me they just scream desperation, but maybe I'm just being too cynical.
Cedarhurst Village is renting a one-bedroom for $750. I get a dozen calls a day for one-bedrooms so I thought I'd post this. I should also mention that I stole this pic from InfoUSA, apparently.
At a recent portfolio meeting I heard that one-bedrooms were getting hard to rent out because the economy is forcing everyone to "double-up" and move into two-bedrooms. That's probably true east of about 72nd or south of Powell but I haven't seen that here in 97214.
Anyway, my favorite part of this craigslist ad is as follows:
Please send an email and I will get back to you to set up an appointment. If you do not hear from me right away we way may be experiencing a high volume of response. Thank you!!!

That's just awesome on so many levels. I'm going to have to start using that one.

Villa Jené

So pretty. $735/mo studio, but probably not fun if it faces Burnside. Might be worth it though if you're close to one of those poor-man's balconies i.e. the fire escape. Nothing like coffee and a cigarette first thing in the morning looking down on that dude that passed out after leaving the Matador.
BONUS: Bristol Equities also has this place available. But the front of it looks like a mean jowly President Taft.

$355/mo on Hawthorne!

Do you want to call Rogers Rentals and ask them what $355/mo will get you at 1831 SE Hawthorne, or shall I?
(waiting...)
Ok, you win. I'll call.
(ringing...)
I chickened out and didn't ask her what was $355/mo. But she is full and has no 30-day notices. Bummer. Kudos for answering the phone at 5:51pm on a Wednesday though.
Let me know if you figure this one out.

Where your rent money goes.

Exhibit A: This.
The above link is a craigslist ad for my favorite building evar, 2121 Belmont. Take a look at that fanciness. Wonder what it pays to be the guy or gal in charge of professionally setting up model units so they look good in pictures (maybe that sculpture/clock thingie in pic #4 was found a thrift shop, so perhaps I'm being harsh). Or how much they pay their tech guy to update that website all the time. Or how much it costs to put ads in For Rent magazine (I'm not linking to that because Avira says it's full of viruses for some reason).
My advertising budget is $200 PER YEAR. I haven't spent any of it since 2004.
Maybe I'm just jealous. Or maybe I'm stupid for thinking anyone that can afford $2700+ per month in rent cares about where their rent money goes.

Melcliff Apartments

The Melcliff Apartments at 711 SE 11th has a studio or five available. I've been wondering for a long time why they always seem to have something available in this market. Especially since they have studios for under $600. Turns out it might just be because it's a courtyard-style building and a good chunk of the apartments look right into someone else's studio. Give them a call at 503.813.9200 and see for yourself if you don't believe me. In related news, if you google "ipm melcliff" then I come up before IPM's website. Coincidence?

Stuff I have coming up soon:

Creston Villa #41:
Available 11/1ish: 800 sq ft 2bd facing east and a west-facing balcony. $825/mo. Here's a video of the place:

Creston Villa #27:
Available 11/5ish: Basically the same as #41 above but the windows face north and the balcony faces south.
Sellwood House #7:
Available 10/26ish: 360 sq ft studio facing south on the top floor. Award-winning green remodel of a 1900s convent for $750/mo. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water, heat, gas, electricity, cable. It looks almost exactly like this one:

Queen Marie #204:
Available 11/10ish: 460 sq ft studio facing east on the second floor. Beautiful 1920s building right across the street from the Eastbank Farmer's Market. $700/mo includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water. Looks almost exactly like this one:

Lynnwood #210:
Available 11/10ish: 340 sq ft studio on the top floor facing west with a sweet view of downtown. $640/mo includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water, heat. It kinda looks like this one:

As always, give me a call at 503.231.9169 if you'd like to check these out.

1628 SE 32nd

Pretty. You could eat at The Italian Joint every night. $850/mo all of a sudden seems incredibly reasonable compared to this other place.

Yeah.

That condo project that turned into apartments at 2121 SE Belmont? They're finally leasing. One-bedroom apartments are $1275-$2430. Two bedrooms are $2550-$3125. That's not a typo. Those prices are even higher than I predicted when I first heard they were turning into apartments. Sweet Georgia Brown. Who can afford that? On Belmont? We need to all move to St. Johns. Who's with me? No? How about Astoria?
Anyway, you can reach them at 503.299.2121. If you know anyone that actually lives there, please steal $1900 from their purse and send it to me.

Curry Court #6...

...is ready finally. Here's a video of the actual apartment:

I'm heading over there in a minute to show it. It's $695/mo and my # is 503.231.9169.

425 se 32nd

Cute courtyard. For $850/mo I hope I don't have an upstairs neighbor. I kinda like these places that were built just after the second world war. But lately I've become convinced that any sort of landscaping that doesn't bear something edible is useless. Of course, the last thing a landlord wants to do is pick up rotten peaches every September. Reliance Property Management can be reached at 503.244.1359. Even if you don't want the apartment, call them and tell them that the courtyard of that place needs a big fat cherry tree right in the middle.

Marshall Arms Apartments

Why is this studio only $565? What are they not telling me? I thought because of the address it was right next to the 405, but it's a block away so freeway noise can't be an issue. The streetcar is a block away. I don't know, maybe it's ridiculously tiny. At any rate, it's cheaper than anything I have on Hawthorne right now. Capital Property Management's phone number is 503-288-RENT, and I think their policy is to never call you back. Let me know if you find that to be untrue.

934 SE 31st

I could totally live here. $745/mo for this one-bedroom on 31st and Belmont seems like a pretty good deal when you factor in that sweet outdoor area. But it's probably time to take the bars of the windows, people. You can check out their craigslist ad here. I wonder if you have to fight the other two tenants to plant stuff in the raised bed next spring. Anyway, I'm assuming it's a private owner so they can have their quirks. This particular one says:
Please supply your own credit report with your application. I can send you application ahead of time as well as our occupancy rules if you are interested.

I wonder what that means, exactly.

Here's why we charge you an application fee

Check out this story from the SF Weekly. It's a long read--and I don't want to give anyone any ideas--but this guy's lived for years without paying rent just by knowing how to work the system.

The mother of all 2bds

Queen Marie #104 gave her 30-day notice yesterday. This apartment has two bedrooms, two living rooms, and probably 75 closets. One of the closets is seriously bigger than my bedroom. It's the funkiest and largest apartment I have. It's on the first floor and it faces north and south. I'm thinking that it was originally a studio, but then they added on the old manager's office and concierge's office to the apartment. That would explain the two living rooms. Wish I had a video of the apartment, but I don't. So instead, let's watch a video of the hallways and exterior while listening to some Camper Van Beethoven.
It's expensive: $1100.

1011 NE Prescott

Capital Property Management has a cheap one-bedroom with hardwoods for just $615/mo. Looks like you can even rent a garage for $40 more. Google street view kills them though:

Looks like they have bars on the windows, a slight graffiti problem, and the worst heat sucker ever invented: aluminum windows. I could be totally wrong, though. And $615 doesn't even get you a studio in SE anymore.

4033 SE Belmont

View Larger MapThis place is having an open house on Sunday from noon to 3 according to this craigslist ad. Open houses are a nightmare for landlord and tenant both. It sucks for you because by the time you get there at 15 minutes before the scheduled open house, there are already 5-6 people waiting at the front door. Curiously, that's why it sucks for me too. We legally have to take the first qualified applicant. My advice to you would be to not give them your application fee unless you know that you're first in line, because who wants to waste $40?
I had an open house for a studio yesterday from 4pm to 6pm, and the place was rented by 3:15. Depending on the landlord, maybe you can call them up and ask to see it a day or an hour early. Bring a bribe. Some landlords REALLY like two 22-ounce bottles of hard-to-find Full Sail varieties from Belmont Station. Just sayin'.

Upcoming Apartments

In case you want to get a jump on stuff I have coming up before I actually advertise them on Craigslist, here's a list of some apartment I have coming available in the next couple weeks:
Creston Villa #11:
This is a small one-bedroom with new carpet, kitchenette, ground floor, nothing special. $615/mo on a 9-month lease includes water, sewer, garbage. Should be ready around 8/15. I don't have a video for this specific apartment, but it looks a lot like this:

Warnell #109:
This is a small 325 sq ft studio facing north and west on the corner of 16th and Hawthorne. The last tenant lived there for over 38 years, believe it or not, so it probably won't be ready until the first week of September. $625/mo on a 9-month lease includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water, and heat. I don't have a video of this one either yet, but it looks kinda like this one:

Warnell #107:
Available 9/6, this 380 sq ft studio faces west. I kinda like this one, and it rents for $650. Here's the video:

Warnell #A:
Also available the fist week of September, this one is on the ground floor facing south and west. It'll run you $610/mo. No video for this one yet, but it kinda looks like this:

Creston Villa 29:
I'm not sure when this one will be available but I'm shooting for 9/1. It's a large 2bd with a balcony on the top floor. $795/mo. Can't really say much about this one until I get in there on Monday, but I'm pretty sure it will look a lot like this one:

Curry Court #6:
This is a deluxe/luxury studio at 11 SW Curry. Totally green, and totally cool. $695/mo and it looks like a new condo. Should be ready 8/15. No video of this one yet, but it looks like this:

Sellwood House #?:
Someone gave a 30-day notice at Sellwood House for the first time in just under one year. I'm not sure which one, however, so I don't know what to say except I'll probably have a studio coming up there mid-september. It's probably the best building I work for. So here's a video (w/ music!) of the exterior. You can search youtube if you wanna see what the units look like:

Rose Court Apartments

Craigslist shows a one-bedroom at Rose Court for the low, low price of $965/mo. Oh wait: $20/mo water fee. So make that $985. No, there's a $15/mo cat fee. So call it an even grand. For a one-bedroom. Sorry guys. Hey, wanna play a fun game? Google "starmetro portland apartments." Anyone have anything nice to say?

Renter's Guide

The Daily Vanguard (PSU's paper) has a neat Renter's Guide. I haven't read all the way through it because I already know how to rent apartments, but maybe you'll find it interesting. I like how I'm "bourgeois scum that takes your money every month."

Tristan Square Apartments

Everyone keeps asking me for one-bedroom apartments, and I can never find any. Today my friend Julia called because she has this one-bedroom that she has ready immediately:

It's over at 6206 SE 52nd near the Woodstock/Reed area. Delta Cafe, anyone? It's a pretty big apartment and it's only $600/mo on a nine-month lease. I kinda like that weird open kitchen. It screams pajama cocktail party. Julia's number is 503.239.5762.

Friday, July 11, 2008

1615 SE Taylor

I've put this one on here before. The rent's up $80 since last year, but it's still a great price for a one-bedroom in the neighborhood. If it's the same owner as last year, he seems like a pretty cool guy. 503-790-3007

Queen Marie Apartments #304

This studio will be available August 15th:

$700/month includes water, sewer, garbage, hot water

Wide angle lens

Maybe they didn't do this on purpose, but if they did it's hilarious. I should try using a wide-angle lens when showing pictures of apartments. Based on the photo to the left, that fridge looks about six feet deep! Anyway, if you want a studio in the John Ross over in SoWa for the affordable price of $1199, here you go.

Thursday, June 26, 2008

Melcliff Apartments

I've always liked the Melcliff. $560/mo will get you a small studio with hardwood floors and a clawfoot tub. IPM has a corner unit available right now (facing south and west--BONUS!). 503-223-6327

1237 SE 47th

This ad on craigslist looks pretty interesting: Someone from Orange County, California is advertising a 650 sq ft apartment w/ 650 sq ft garage for $750/mo on SE 47th and Salmon. It might be one of those buyer-beware type of situations because portlandmaps says it's only 432 square feet. But, really, maybe it really is 650 square feet and she added an addition. Although that would be weird as well because you'd think that the city would know about it. Maybe I just don't understand how these things work. Might be worth checking out.

Wednesday, June 25, 2008

2133 NE Halsey

Palisades Properties has an interesting 1960s 2bd with hardwoods in a nice neighborhood for $995. It's dog-friendly even. However, I'm noticing this new trend where you're actually paying a monthly rental fee for your pet. In this case, it's $25/month. I'm not really big on animals that you can't eat ("Is that a pet bunny or a food bunny?" my Mom was fond of saying), so maybe this isn't a big deal to pet owners. But I'd be pretty crestfallen knowing that my dog was costing me $25 per month. But whatevs. I think my cat saw me writing that line about eating animals and is now hiding under the filing cabinet.

How To: Use Craigslist & RSS to Find a Great Rental

Tim at the Seattle Bubble has found a remedy for the practice of hitting the refresh button on craigslist over and over again in an attempt to be the first one to respond to an apartment ad. It will probably keep you from getting in trouble at work, and definitely keep you from going fricking crazy when you find out you're the 30th person that's called on that vintage studio on SE 28th.

Friday, June 20, 2008

3935 NE Garfield

This is a weird one. It's a two-bedroom house AND a separate studio for $1000? Two kitchens, two baths, and lots of parking. I'm looking for it on google street view and I think it's this one. If it were me I'd probably rent the place and then sublet the studio for $500. But that's just me. Call Roman at 503.704.1561 if you'd like to check this one out.

4129 NE Mallory

One of my crazy contractors, Roman, is renting out this 3-bedroom place in Northeast. I'm not really familiar with this neighborhood, but I've rented this place out for him before and I know it's close to Alberta's shops and the vital N Vancouver bike boulevard. It will be ready on July 1st and it's only $1000. You can call him at 503.704.1561 if you're interested. Or maybe I'll meet you out there after he gives me the lockbox code.

Speaking of Lair Hill...

I have a studio at Curry Court for $695! Please rent it.

Lair Hill Victorian

According to the sign out front at 3504 SW 1st Avenue:
2 Bedroom $825. One-year lease. Extensive storage, washer/dryer. Entire 2nd floor. Tenant pays gas/elec. Available July 1st.
503.274.2107

It's an okay neighborhood. It's right where Barbur and Front Avenue complete their triangle, so there are a ton of bus options. And it's about 18 blocks from PSU.

My wife would live here in 1998

I saw this one today and was immediately reminded of my wife, who always lets me know how inexpensive housing is in beautiful downtown Lansing, Michigan. And how she used to have this wonderful place next to a bar called the "Peanut Barrel" that looked a lot like the one you see in the picture on the left for $385 per month. I've been to Lansing. They have snow. No thanks. Reliance Property Management has this place for $895, which seems about right for how cool it looks in the pictures. The only downside I can see is that I'd get pretty sick of the "Belmont Browns" at Cricket Cafe in about 4 days. Fact is, the "Belmont Browns" on that menu kinda give me the Belmont browns.

Taking the good with the bad

The good: Living within walking distance of all the trendy shops and restaurants you can't afford but probably work at.
The bad: Good luck parking your '83 Volvo 740 within 6 blocks of your apartment.
The good: Finding a studio in NW under $600.
The bad: They got rid of their old-schooly radiators so you're stuck with paying for electric heat in a 1920s building.
The good: Ad of tonight, it's still available.
The bad: They use the word "cute," which usually means about 300 square feet or less. At least, whenever I use that word in an advertisement that's what I mean.

Dream location

These people never take down their "studio available" sign even when they're full, so I'm pretty excited that they're actually advertising a vacant studio online. I've heard both good and bad things about this building, but it's a total dream of a location as long as you don't mind listening to people in drag doing the "time warp" on Saturday nights. I don't think I'd mind. It's kind of a funky-looking studio on the inside (with carpet) but it has a clawfoot tub and it's only $550/month.

More downtown St. Johns...

I've always loved this building for some reason. My friend Jill almost bought it a few years ago but I forget why she ended up skipping it. I also love downtown St. Johns because it reminds me of Hawthorne Blvd from about 1981, or at least my romanticized idea of what Hawthorne was back then. I'm a little surprised that Capital Property Management is advertising it as "perfect property for U of P students." That's what a lot of people would call "steering" and it's pretty illegal. At any rate, it's nice to see that you can still find a studio for $525 in this town within walking distance to everything you might need.

Downtown (St. Johns) Living!

Saw this in downtown St. Johns last night. I was trying to go to the James John Cafe but they always close right before I go there. If you can't read the crappy cell-phone pic, it says:
FOR RENT 503.285.9402
$600 per month rent
Includes heat lights electricity water garbage
$300 security fee
$30 app fee per person
no smoking/pets
No word on whether it's a studio or one-bedroom or what. It's right across the street from Proper Eats, so you got that going for you. I love St. Johns. As soon as they get that waterfront trail down to the Eastbank Esplanade it will be even better.

Icovia Room Planner

I think I'm going to start using this once the market starts to turn and renting apartments gets harder. Until then, it's a neat little tool to play around with when you're trying to decide if your new apartment is big enough to fit all of your stuff. I'm horrible at dealing with flash applications so I couldn't steal an image to post here, but it seems like a fun application.

Santa Maria Apartments

The Santa Maria has a 2bd for only $745? I know it's just a Weston special, but that seems like a pretty good deal considering the location (SE 20th and Salmon). Maybe it's the one that faces the pool, because that could get pretty annoying. But hey, that might be easily overlooked considering it's about half a block to the Eastbank Farmer's Market.

greenrenter.org

Be sure to check out Green Renter when you get a chance. The site is less than two weeks old so it doesn't have too many properties on it yet, but I have a feeling it's going to be pretty successful as more and more people become conscious of how their overall health is affected by their surroundings--especially if those surroundings happen to be where they eat and sleep.

Rent-o-meter is a fun tool, although I'm not sure it's just a lesson in comparing apples to oranges.

I called it.

2121 Belmont, the ginormous condo project, is now officially apartments. I called that one back in July. It's great for you because about 100 new apartments just entered the market.  It's bad for me for the same reason.  I wonder what they'll want for a 1-bd 1-ba unit that up until a week ago was selling for over $400 per square foot?

I think the wave has crested

Renters, your long dark tunnel has a light.
This studio has been on the market for 8 days now and I still haven't rented it. 6 months ago, I would have basically had a bidding war. I don't know if it's the fact that I can't make videos, or if craigslist is starting to lose its popularity, or if those cork floors that I secretly hate are actually secretly hated by everyone else too.
Or maybe, as I predicted whenever I started this blog, the market is starting to turn around and now it's your time to shine. Maybe people from Lansing, Michigan and Pittsburg, Pennsylvania have stopped renting studios based on youtube videos. I don't know.
But seriously people, I need to make a car payment so please rent this place from me. It's a Nissan Versa, and and there's no way it gets 36mpg. Don't believe the commercials.

Weathering Heights #6

Available 2/1/08:
This is a large 790 sq ft 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor. The living room and dining room face north to the courtyard, and the bedrooms face south. It has a very big eat-in kitchen with plenty of room for a dining room table. The two bedrooms are about average size for the period, but include deep closets with sliding doors. The living room is bigger than most, and the outlets and cable jack are actually in a place that make sense. I don't post videos of apartments until they're completely turned over (this one will be no later than the afternoon of 1/31), but here's one that looks pretty much exactly the same:

Weathering Heights is a quiet 16-unit complex with on-site management. There's a laundry room and plenty of off-street parking. Located at 2820 SE Gladstone, it's right on the #10 Tri-Met bus line and five blocks from the #9. I actually kind of like the location because the Pub At The End Of The Universe is right across the street (but stay away from there if you have a problem with Reedies), and I've always wanted to check out the Ship Ahoy Tavern because it looks all divey from out front. Plus, the name "Ship Ahoy" automatically means that I love it because I'm an aging hipster. People in my demographic fall for that crap every time.
Weathering Heights was built in 1972, and named by someone that obviously failed ENG 314. Emily Bronte is rolling over in her grave.

2 apartments available at Curry Court

I have two apartments available at the Curry Court Apartments located at 11 SW Curry.
Apartment #1 is available immediately for $685/mo on a 6-month lease. It's a 400 sq ft studio located on the main floor. As with all the studios at this property, it is an eco-friendly remodel with recycled oak floors, no-VOC designer paint, high-efficiency brushed steel appliances, and much more. Here's a video of the apartment:

It's ridiculously clean, and looks more like a brand new condo instead of an apartment.

#5 is also coming up in about a week or so. It's the exact same floor plan as #1, except it has bamboo floors, is on the top floor, and rents for $695/mo.

Curry Court is located at 11 SW Curry just below OHSU. We're on several bus lines, and you can walk to various shops. We're near NCNM and PSU, too. There's on-site laundry and a great bike room. We also have off-street parking.

$40 application fee
$100 cat fee
$200-$695 deposit depending on credit and rental history
$100 move in fee
Both are six-month leases.
Give me a call if you'd like to check them out at 503-231-9169.
