I spied this place last night while walking around looking for raspberries. Looks like they have a craigslist post too. It's a pretty good sized 2-bedroom with hardwood floors for $850--not a bad deal at all. The only catch is that since it was built in 1955, you have to humorously bust into the bathroom while your girlfriend is taking a shower and scream, "MARTY! We have to go back...to the future!" She'll love that.
