This is a cute little 1907 7-plex with a small $685 one-bedroom for rent. This section of SE 15th between Taylor and Belmont is really dark and cavernous because of all the 60 foot chestnut trees, so if the available apartment faces east, don't plan on seeing much of the sun again. If it faces west or south, it's probably pretty bright. I found their craigslist ad here which contains no phone number, alas.

I'm so glad to have found your blog! Thanks for doing this. I just e-mailed the address associated with this craigslist ad (for the 1007 SE 15th Ave apt). Who knows if I'll get a response, but it's worth a shot.
I'm looking for a place, one-bedroom ideally but large studio would be workable too, to move into around August 1. I'd love to find out if you have any vacancies that come up. I've included my e-mail below.
