UPDATE: This apartment has been rented.
This one-bedroom is available 12/11/07:
The Queen Marie Apartments has a RARE vacancy coming up next month. I don't have a video for it, but the video below is of the apartment right below it, and they're very similar:

Sorry about the yelling in that video. I think it was the first one I had done and didn't realize that the mic on the camera actually works pretty well.
This apartment has a lot of original 1925 elements to it, including the original oak floors. Oh, and a sweet view of downtown Portland, too. On Thursdays in the summer you overlook the Eastbank Farmer's Market. It's pretty much an awesome apartment.

$25/mo utility fee includes water, sewer, and garbage
$40 application fee
$100 move-in fee
$100 cat fee

Trivia Night

Hey, I hate to put this on here, but will you please come to Ladd's Inn (SE 12th and Clay) this Sunday night the 11th at around 7:30. They're starting trivia night up again and I'll be emceeing it that night. I hate doing trivia with an empty bar. It's actually a lot of fun and you can win free beer and bar shwag. If you come by, I'll tell you about all the SECRET apartments I have that no one else knows about. Of course, that's not true.
Update 11/8/07: OR IS IT??!?
Update 11/9/07: It is.
