I think the wave has crested

Renters, your long dark tunnel has a light.
This studio has been on the market for 8 days now and I still haven't rented it. 6 months ago, I would have basically had a bidding war. I don't know if it's the fact that I can't make videos, or if craigslist is starting to lose its popularity, or if those cork floors that I secretly hate are actually secretly hated by everyone else too.
Or maybe, as I predicted whenever I started this blog, the market is starting to turn around and now it's your time to shine. Maybe people from Lansing, Michigan and Pittsburg, Pennsylvania have stopped renting studios based on youtube videos. I don't know.
But seriously people, I need to make a car payment so please rent this place from me. It's a Nissan Versa, and and there's no way it gets 36mpg. Don't believe the commercials.
