Martin, Do you have any more information about the Warnell that shows 2 vacancies in June and July? Would you happen to know which property management group it is under? I'm needing to make my move from my current location by the 1st of August. Thanks :)
#102 moves out 6/19, but i don't have a video for it. In fact, I have hardly any video of the Warnell because no one ever seems to move out of there. If you go to youtube and check out "warnell apartments 202" you'll get a pretty good idea what 102 looks like. #104 is moving 7/1. It's bigger than 102, but half of the apartment faces a concrete wall about 6 feet away. I think in property management-speak they call it "private view." I have someone on the waiting list that may take 104, so I haven't bothered advertising it yet. I was gonna advertise 102 later this week I think.
