I'm not sure what to say about this building other than it's ugly. On a personal level, I never trust anyone that actually has to spend the time and money to put up a "NOW RENTING" banner. Those banners remind me of this girl that hangs out at my local bar: She has a lazy eye and a mole above her left eyebrow with lots of hair growing out of it, and she's also addicted to video poker. But she always wears ridiculously short skirts. That kind of advertising makes me want to not buy what she's selling. Anyway, they have a one-bedroom for only $575! It's at 1800 SE Stark and their number is 503-224-6956.
