This seems like a ridiculously good deal. Mainlander Property Management (whom I know nothing about) is renting a 2-bedroom apartment at 1525 SE Salmon for only $650/mo. For comparison, I just rented a 2-bedroom a few blocks away from this place for $975. It's in a 5-plex built in 1965, so you can probably hear your neighbor sneeze, but for that price it might be worth it. It's 900 sq ft and has its own washer and dryer and off-street parking. It's kind of a strange looking building--set back off the street with a few parking spaces in front of it. Absolutely no character, but like I said it's only $650/mo. You can learn everything I know about it by calling 503-635-4480 and asking about property #210. Bet you $20 it's got carpet.
UPDATE 5/24/07: The sign is down, so it's probably rented.
