SE 16th and Taylor

I'm not a big fan of these 1970s-style buildings, but one-bedrooms are pretty rare right now so I wanted to let you know about this apartment that is seemingly available for rent right now. This is a 6-plex at 1615 SE Taylor. It was built in 1969 so I'm pretty sure you're stuck with carpet. I've talked to the owner, Greg, a few times and he seems like a pretty nice guy. I know the last opening here had its own washer and dryer and rented for $695, but I'm not sure about the new one that is apparently opening up. You can reach the owner at 503.680.0909
UPDATE 5/25/07: The sign is down, so the apartment is most likely rented now.
