Rental Application Link

Apartments go really quickly these days. I'll often get a 30-day notice and set up a little open house on Craigslist, only to have the apartment already rented before said open house occurs. If you ever want to get the jump on an apartment, you can print out a Rental Application (pdf) here. Yeah, I know it says "sample" on it. Most apartment managers don't care about that. They're just happy that the apartment is rented and they can go back to unclogging toilets. I've included that Rental Application link on the sidebar.
