Please tell me what I'm doing wrong. Why won't anyone rent this apartment from me? Two months ago I could have had half a dozen people lining up to pay $825 for it. Is it just the slow season, or is the apartment market finally catching up to the housing market? Here's a video. Maybe that will help.
