I could totally live here. $745/mo for this one-bedroom on 31st and Belmont seems like a pretty good deal when you factor in that sweet outdoor area. I wonder if you have to fight the other two tenants to plant stuff in the raised bed next spring. Anyway, I'm assuming it's a private owner so they can have their quirks. This particular one says:

I wonder what that means, exactly.
