Sellwood House #4


I'm still sitting on this one. $695/mo includes all utilities: Water, sewer, garbage, hot water, heat, gas, electricity, and cable. I originally had it for $750 but that did NOT work at all. Oh, also there's no monthly cat rent here. Please rent it? 503/349.8679

Paint it a color other than that unfortunate shade of green that it is currently, and you may have better luck.
