I have good news, and I have bad news.
The good news is that Brittany Forest is the best looking building in the 39th and Powell area.
The bad news is that they want $100 more than anyone else in the neighborhood.
The other bad news is that "Original Taco House" is neither Original, Taco, or House.

hellllloooooo? Anyone out there? I am looking for an apartment at this crazy time of year. Do you have anything/know of anything? Looking for close-in NE or SE 1 bedroom or big studio, takes one happy cat, and is 750 or less per month.

$750 a month or less, in Portland? I think you are going to have to start driving east toward SE 82nd to 122nd or further for a cheaper spot. Good luck.
