I'm renting this eco-friendly studio is on the first floor facing south. $775 includes ALMOST everything: Water, sewer, garbage, hot water, heat, gas, electric, and cable.
It's in a quiet neighborhood and includes storage, bike room, off-street parking, laundry room. It's on 3 bus lines: 70, 19, and 17.

Hey Martin-
I see this includes cable is that internet too? I am looking for a studio up to $550 or $725ish if it including everything. I love this studio, but it would really be stretching it if it didn't include internet. Do you have anything else coming up - I'm not really on a time limit.

It currently does NOT include teh internets. Other than the two across the river at Curry Court, I have a studio coming up in April at the Queen Marie.

Where is this place located? I love it, and would be interested in checking it out sometime.Im also interested in the curry Court ones as well, if the sellwood house doesnt work out.

Curry Court is at 11 SW Curry.
