That 707 sq ft 1-bedroom that faces a concrete wall has gone down from $1275/mo to $1230/mo. That's a savings of over 3.5%!!!one!
In all fairness, I haven't actually been inside. Maybe it's totally worth it.
Just another resource on renting apartments. It's limited to stuff I manage and stuff I see around town.

Grrr! I hope those greedy pigs go bankrupt! Don't go for this - NO one -bedroom apartment in Portland, Oregon should cost this much! If it's a rental, it isn't a condo, it's an APARTMENT. A good one-bedroom in the 21st and Belmont neighborhood in Portland can be had for $700-900, even gorgeous places in old Victorian homes. $1230 for an apartment in Portland is CRIMINAL. You can rent a 3-bedroom house with a yard in a good part of town for that.
