Do you manage the Wellesley Court apts? I've always liked that building.
No, but I used to manage Belmont Court right across the street from there until StarMetro bought the place and raised everyone's rent $185. I lived in the corner apartment on the first floor right on the corner of 14th and Belmont, and the first sunny day of the year always brought out the crazies.
