I'll have #101 at the Queen ready by about January 8th. The rent is $780. I don't have a video for that one yet but it looks a little like this one:
It's on the ground floor and faces west and south. Hardwoods, tile, all the good stuff. I'll advertise it on craigslist next week if no one rents it sooner.
