Bar-muda Triangle House--$1200

I just got a call from a friend of mine that owns a house on 51st and Hawthorne, and it's going to be ready to rent in about a week or so. All I know so far is that it has hardwood floors that are being refinished this week. I'll update this post as I get more info (and pics), but if you know anyone in the interim that wants to live up in the Bar-muda triangle then send them my way. I'll buy you a beer.
